Data used by the app
The app may store wallet addresses, session records, generated Sidoor wallet addresses, encrypted Sidoor wallet keys, usernames, and public transaction activity. Browser storage is used for local preferences such as watchlists, layout presets, and cached balances.
Data Sidoor does not request
Sidoor does not ask for banking passwords, wallet recovery phrases, or seed phrases. Do not enter or send those secrets anywhere on the site or to anyone claiming to provide support.
Infrastructure logs
Standard hosting and API logs may include request metadata such as time, route, IP address, and user agent. These logs are used for debugging, abuse prevention, and reliability.
Product analytics
Sidoor may use PostHog to understand traffic, popular pages, broad location such as country or region, clicks, page movement, and session replay for debugging. Form inputs and marked sensitive areas are masked before replay data is sent.
